Refund and Returns Policy
We abide by Australian Consumer Laws related to the replacement or return of our products.
When you can return a product
We can only accept returns where:
- the product has not been used a lot, or
- the product is within the ‘Use By’ date, or
- the product is defective, or
- the product is damaged.
When you cannot return a product
You cannot return a product if:
- you change your mind or no longer want the product, or
- you chose the wrong product, or
- you found a cheaper product elsewhere, or
- you found a different or better product elsewhere, or
- you damaged the product yourself, or
- you already used a lot of the product, or
- you were made aware of a slight defect and purchased the product anyway.
Returning a Product
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Alternatively, you can bring your product on a day we are at one of our markets.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you intend to ask for an exchange or refund of a Lisadurne Hill product you need to let us know why and return the product to us.
First up, send us an email at info@lisadurnehill.com.au and we will let you know where to return the product.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or refund.
If you are approved, then we will provide a replacement or your refund will be processed via cash (in person) or EFT.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days, then please contact us again.
