Aromas of green tomatoes leaves, fig leaves & herbaceous undertones.  The palate displays green grass & rocket salad which settle to a pleasing bitterness.  Fresh & light mouthfeel.  Woody notes of oak & walnuts also are present to show the body & persistency finishing with lingering pungency.  Beautiful oil!
