Moderately complex, very pleasant fresh green aroma with cut grass, artichoke & floral notes. Good transfer to the mouth. Good texture with a pleasant creamy mouth feel. Moderately high level of bitterness & black pepper pungency that built. Lacking in balance & harmony. Persistent & reasonably complex.
