For those who like a big Italian style EVOO our strong as a bull “Angus” has the dry herb & green tea flavours you would expect, but with a spicy twist that builds to a robust bitterness and pungency. A terrific oil for dipping or when you want an extra tang to your pasta dishes & meat marinades.

Rushworth Gold

This label will carry the most interesting blend for complexity & balance of our oil varieties, focusing on a base of tomato & rocket flavours. This year we present a medium to robust EVOO combining a fresh aroma of tomato leaves & rocket with salad flavours & building bitterness & pungency. Great for salads & vegetables.

EVOO is an important everyday addition to healthy living. This blend is a medium style oil combining a fresh, grassy aroma with a smooth round taste & nutty finish making it a well balanced, excellent all-purpose oil.

Lime Agrumato

Fresh limes crushed together with our Signore olives produces a fragrant, fresh oil combining the best of the citrus & olive fruits. Ideal for salads our Agrumato also works well with fish & seafood dishes and in much Asian & Spanish cuisine. One of our users has also enjoyed it as a sauce on ice cream.

Mosto Cotto

We grow the Trebbiano grapes. The juice is simmered for 2-3 days as slowly as possible reducing it to a third of its original volume. It is then aged in an oak barrel.  It becomes a sweet, sticky syrup ideal for pouring on ice-cream, strawberries or pancakes.  Excellent with a sharp hard cheese.

Classic Balsamic

Stored in a series of wooden barrels for 7 years (French oak, American oak, cherry, chestnut, mulberry & juniper). We use this high-quality red wine vinegar to blend with our Mosto Cotto.
